Before we take on the ongoing care of an estate, we begin with a 45-day Estate Readiness Sprint—a structured onboarding phase designed to align your property with X-Static Estates standards.

This isn’t a rushed walkthrough or surface-level handoff. Over the course of six focused weeks, we assess every operational layer of the home—from vendor relationships and estate systems to presentation standards and service routines—building a complete understanding of the property’s needs, vulnerabilities, and rhythms.

The Readiness Sprint includes your property’s first Estate Manual draft, initial estate walks and condition reports, secure key and access protocol setup, service calendar creation, and discreet coordination with existing vendors to ensure or negotiate preferred rates. We’ll also identify any risk areas, deferred maintenance, or missing documentation, and provide a clear roadmap to bring the estate fully under control.
