The Readiness Sprint includes your property’s first Estate Manual draft, initial estate walks and condition reports, secure key and access protocol setup, service calendar creation, and discreet coordination with existing vendors to ensure or negotiate preferred rates. We’ll also identify any risk areas, deferred maintenance, or missing documentation, and provide a clear roadmap to bring the estate fully under control.
